Required: certified transcripts with strong results in Mathematics and Sciences, valid passport (min. 18 months), English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL), and a passport photo. We provide a personalised checklist and review everything before submission.

We liaise with UTeM's international admissions team to follow up on your application. As a public university, processing typically takes 2–4 weeks after a complete application.

Pay the one-time registration fees (~RM 4,168 including EMGS). UTeM processes your visa application. We track this and notify you when your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is ready — typically 4–8 weeks.
